　　彩鋼板是有基板和彩色的腹膜或者鍍層構(gòu)成的。我們得考慮基板和腹膜鍍層的厚度，比較好的彩鋼板基板是0.02~0.05mm，覆膜或者涂層厚度往往只有0.15mm以下。因為從影響彩鋼板的使用時間來看，基板的厚度是很重要的。而有些生產(chǎn)彩鋼板的廠家往往在基板及彩鋼板涂層或覆膜上做手腳，他們降低基板的厚度，但是增加腹膜的厚度來降低彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)成本，這就大大降低了彩鋼板的使用壽命了。

　　Color steel plate is composed of a substrate and colored peritoneum or coating. We first need to consider the thickness of the substrate and peritoneal coating. A good color steel plate substrate is 0.02~0.05mm, while the thickness of the film or coating is often only below 0.15mm. 　　拿到一塊彩鋼板，我先觀察彩鋼板外露鋼材如斷面等是否結(jié)晶細密，是否發(fā)灰、發(fā)暗和雜質(zhì)。若切面是結(jié)晶細密型的則是質(zhì)量比較優(yōu)越的。

　　用手指或用硬物敲擊彩鋼板，彩鋼板的材質(zhì)如果較差，則發(fā)出來的聲音是悶的，金屬聲音不明顯，材質(zhì)較好的彩鋼板金屬聲音是比較響亮、清脆的。

　　Tap the colored steel plate with your fingers or a hard object. If the material of the colored steel plate is poor, the sound it produces will be muffled and the metallic sound will not be obvious. The metallic sound of the colored steel plate with better material is relatively loud and crisp.

　　4：查看彩鋼板的質(zhì)量合格證明

　　是否有相關(guān)部門的檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如果有可能的話盡量去彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)廠家實地考察。看看企業(yè)的環(huán)境怎么樣，是否正規(guī)。市場上打聽一下這個企業(yè)的口碑怎么樣。
