二：:焊接主體結(jié)構(gòu)用規(guī)格為80mm*80mm,壁厚為3mm的方鋼,按照測(cè)量尺寸和設(shè)計(jì)要求焊接四角立柱,以及四邊圈梁,作為整個(gè)陽(yáng)光房的主體承重結(jié)構(gòu)。立柱的垂直度及立柱與立柱之間的距離誤差不應(yīng)超過正負(fù)5MM。

2： The main structure of the welding is made of 80mm * 80mm square steel with a wall thickness of 3mm. The four corner columns and four side ring beams are welded according to the measurement dimensions and design requirements as the main load-bearing structure of the entire sunlight room. The verticality of the column and the distance error between the column and the column should not exceed plus or minus 5mm.

三：焊接主梁及副梁用規(guī)格為76mm*44mm,壁厚為2.5mm的方鋼鋼,按照頂面的設(shè)計(jì),合理分布橫梁和縱梁,從美觀、承重等各方面衡量,焊接頂部結(jié)構(gòu)。這里可以按實(shí)際需要,選用不同壁厚和規(guī)格的方管。在焊接時(shí),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接處必須焊點(diǎn)飽滿,無假焊,不松動(dòng),無縫隙,好的焊接方式是魚鱗焊接。

3： The main and auxiliary beams are welded using square steel with a specification of 76mm * 44mm and a wall thickness of 2.5mm. According to the design of the top surface, the beams and longitudinal beams are reasonably distributed, and the top structure is welded from various aspects such as aesthetics and load-bearing. Here, square tubes with different wall thicknesses and specifications can be selected according to actual needs. When welding, the connection of the steel structure must have full solder joints, no false welds, no looseness, and no gaps. A good welding method is fish scale welding.

四：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的美化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)焊接好之后,可以用1.2mm厚的不銹鋼板按照鋼材的尺寸進(jìn)行折邊,把方鋼全部包裹起來。這樣,既能防止鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)吹雨淋和磕碰刮擦,又增加了它的美觀性。有一部分人出于成本的考慮,不進(jìn)行包裹,而是在方鋼上做油漆處理,這樣也可以,但是一般每?jī)赡暌獙?duì)方鋼維護(hù)一次,比較麻煩。

4： After the beautification of the steel structure is welded, a 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate can be folded according to the size of the steel to wrap all the square steel. This not only prevents the steel structure from being exposed to wind, rain, and scratches, but also enhances its aesthetics. Some people, due to cost considerations, do not package and instead apply paint treatment to the square steel. This is also acceptable, but it usually requires maintenance on the square steel every two years, which is quite troublesome.

五：陽(yáng)光房蓋頂按照焊接好的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),制作安裝陽(yáng)光房的頂面材料,可以選用彩鋼板,陽(yáng)光板，單面鋼化玻璃或者中空鋼化玻璃,承重及抗擊能力好的,要數(shù)夾膠玻璃。單面鋼化玻璃可以采用8mm一12mm厚,或者5mm+9A+5mm的中空鋼化玻璃，彩鋼板可以使用80mm或者120mm厚,帶瓦楞的彩鋼板。

5： The roof of the sunlight room is made of welded steel structure, and the top material for installing the sunlight room can be color steel plate, sunlight board, single-sided tempered glass or hollow tempered glass. For those with good load-bearing and resistance, laminated glass is required. Single sided tempered glass can be 8mm to 12mm thick, or 5mm+9A+5mm hollow tempered glass. Color steel plates can be 80mm or 120mm thick, corrugated color steel plates.

步驟六：制作安裝立面門窗陽(yáng)光房的立面門窗可以選擇鋁合金門窗,斷橋鋁合金門窗,木包鋁門窗或者純實(shí)木門窗等。
