一、工地工程板房搭建施工要求
1、 Construction requirements for construction of plank house on construction site
(1)工程板房安裝，應由具有相應資質的施工企業(yè)、或生產(chǎn)廠家承擔。安裝單位應根據(jù)合同文件、安裝圖紙以及相關標準編制安裝施工方案，并按方案組織實施。

(2)工程板房層數(shù)多不應超過2層，每層建筑面積不應超過300㎡，并且大于200㎡時，其疏散樓梯的數(shù)量不應少于2部。房間門樓梯的大距離不應大于25m，樓梯的凈寬不應小于1.1m。宿舍房間的建筑面積不應大于30㎡，房間門應朝疏散方向開啟。

(3)工程板房安裝完成后，應由安裝單位進行自檢，經(jīng)自檢合格后應由施工總承包單位組織監(jiān)理單位、使用單位、安裝單位進行聯(lián)合驗收，合格后方可交付使用。
