1.高溫濃煙積聚，火災撲救難度大。彩鋼板結構建筑相對封閉，聚氨酯泡沫或聚苯乙烯泡沫等高分子夾芯材料燃燒時會產生大量高溫濃煙，使建筑物在短時間內充滿濃煙并積聚大量熱量，對火災撲救帶來極大困難。

2.耐火性能差，易形成大面積坍塌。彩鋼在常溫下是非燃燒材料，但遇火焰燒烤，強度會迅速下降，尤其是大跨度建筑發(fā)生火災時，彩鋼構件極易受高溫作用發(fā)生扭曲、變形，進而導致建筑大面積倒塌。

2. Poor fire resistance, easy to form large area collapse. Color steel is a non combustible material at room temperature, but its strength will drop rapidly when it meets fire. Especially in case of fire in long-span buildings, color steel components are easily distorted and deformed by high temperature, which leads to large-scale collapse of buildings.

3.建筑規(guī)模大，易形成立體燃燒火災。彩鋼類建筑由于強度高、自重輕、建造方便，建筑規(guī)模一般較大。發(fā)生火災時，大量的煙氣熱量通過各種管道、通道向上蔓延，容易形成立體燃燒的態(tài)勢。

4.易造成人員傷亡。發(fā)生火災時，彩鋼板內充填的泡沫等易燃的高分子材料，由于不完全燃燒產生的有毒有害氣體或雜質濃度升高，使人們受到的威脅程度逐漸加大。

使用彩鋼板注意事項

Precautions for using color steel plate

一、彩鋼板房內禁止一切明火，不能用作配電房、廚房。

1、 No open fire is allowed in the color steel plate room. It can not be used as power distribution room and kitchen.

二、彩鋼板房禁止存貯汽油、煤油、天那水等易燃易爆化學危險品和其它易燃雜物。板房不能用作危險品倉，不能存放摩托車和燃氣瓶。

2、 It is forbidden to store gasoline, kerosene, tiannashui and other inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals and other inflammable sundries in color steel plate houses. The board room can not be used as a dangerous goods warehouse, and can not store motorcycles and gas cylinders.

三、彩鋼板房的電氣線路安裝必須符合規(guī)范要求。

a、房屋內的所有電線應明敷并套不燃管槽,電線不宜安裝在天花板內，要杜絕亂拉亂接電線現(xiàn)象。

b、燈具要與板墻保持距離,日光燈宜用電子鎮(zhèn)流器，不宜用線圈電感式鎮(zhèn)流器）

四、用作集體宿舍的臨時彩鋼板房和建筑活動房,各門、窗扇均應往外掩，二層板房的單扇門、窗往掩阻礙通道時,可改為雙扇門，室內床鋪布置要合理,留有通道，并確保通道暢通。

4、 The doors and windows of the temporary color steel plate room and the building activity room used as the collective dormitory should be covered to the outside. When the single door and the window of the second floor board room block the passage, it can be changed to double doors. The layout of the indoor beds should be reasonable, and the safe passage should be reserved, and the passage should be unblocked.

五、彩鋼板房必須按規(guī)定配備二氧化碳、干粉等滅器材并安裝消防栓，以保證消防供水流量與壓力達到自救要求。

六、活動板房棟與棟之間必須留有5米以上距離。單棟活動板房面積不宜過大,每排也不宜過長。避免出現(xiàn)火燒連城。
